LeBron James joined the ever increasing ranks of has-been athletes and actors who bad mouth President Trump in order to stay relevant, and insulted Trump voters in the process.
James made the remarks while speaking to the media about President Trump’s recent condemnations of the NFL players who have repeatedly kneeled during the national anthem. They believe they are protesting police violence, while many Americans – including the President – believe they are disrespecting the American flag, the military, and the country.
James said he believes the reason President Trump won the election is lack of education.
“I don’t think a lot of people was educated [sic],” said James, “And I think that’s one of the biggest problems that we have when it becomes vote time.”
His answer quickly devolved into rambling nonsense.
“People are just not educated, on either the individual or what’s actually going on in the state of the world right now.” He continued, “Not that particular state, but the state of the world.”
We have no idea what state he may be referring to, though we believe it may have something to do with the “state of inebriation.” In spite of making no sense, he just kept on going.
I don’t think a lot of people are educated, and they make choices and say things that’s uneducated. Am I saying that the people of Ohio wasn’t educated? Am I saying that some of the other states that voted for [Trump] was uneducated? They could have been, or they could not have been. But that doesn’t mean it was the right choice.
In short, a man with a feeble mastery of the English language who apparently skipped every grammar lesson in school thinks that Trump supporters are stupid.
Sorry, not stupid. He just doesn’t think they “was educated.”
How will Drumpf ever recover?
