The Red Menace: Still A Threat Decades Later

There was a time when Americans did not care about offending others. This was a time when Americans were proud of their country.

In the current year America is more divided than ever. Liberalism runs rampant and traditional values are being squashed in the name of Political Correctness.

During the Cold War the United States of America and the Soviet Union were on the brink of nuclear devastation. Both sides feared the seemingly imminent end of the world. In the United States, we coped by forming a strong national identity.

Meanwhile, life in the Soviet Union was a literal nightmare. Citizens were treated worse than animals. Those who tried to resist the authoritarian regime were thrown into the infamous Gulags.

No one knew the exact number of Soviet citizens in the Gulags at any given time, but estimates were up to 18 million.

Rather than deal with problems at home, the U.S.S.R. sought to undermine the capitalist United States. The Soviets employed brainwashing methods and mental tricks onto their citizens, and when the Soviets fell, they extended this brainwashing to the United States.

The K.G.B. specialized in such practices. Ex-KGB officer Yuri Bezmenov grew up in the Soviet Union, yet he spoke very poorly of his homeland after he defected to Canada and decided to shed some light on the situation.

Stop A Commie

“It’s a great brainwashing process which goes very slow and is divided into four basic stages. The first one being “demoralization”. It takes from 15 to 20 years to demoralize a nation.

Why that many years? Because this is the minimum number of years required to educate one generation of students in the country of your enemy exposed to the ideology of [their] enemy.

In other words, Marxism-Leninism ideology is being pumped into the soft heads of at least three generation of American students without being challenged or counterbalanced by the basic values of Americanism”

According to Bezmenov, the United States was poisoned by the same disease that destroyed the Soviet Union, and has suffered as a result. One could say cultural marxism is a direct result of the supposed brainwashing tactics used by the KGB.

In the current year, it is more important than ever to counterbalance the propaganda given children at schools.

This counterbalance can take the form of active parenting, right wing entertainment and news, and naturally, the acerbic wit of meme pages. Most importantly, know what your children are taught. Radical left wing indoctrination is a real, present threat to the children and future of the United States.
